Terms
Version of 25 September 2026. Plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, write to hello@jobsitecreative.com and we will explain it. How we handle personal data is on Privacy. What in an ad is AI-generated, and who owns it, is on AI and ownership.
Who we are
Jobsite Creative — Matthias Deusch, sole proprietor, In den Gruben 139, 84489 Burghausen, Germany. Contact: hello@jobsitecreative.com. Full provider details are on Imprint.
We make short video ads, image posts, carousels and stories for contractors, trades and real estate businesses in the United States.
What these terms cover
Two different things, and it matters which one you are doing:
- The free first ad. One per company, no contract, no card. Only the section below it applies, together with the sections on AI, ownership, what you promise us and what we never do.
- A paid plan. A monthly subscription. Everything from “What a plan includes” onwards applies to it.
These terms are between your company and ours. Both sides are businesses acting in the course of their trade. We do not sell to consumers — see Right of withdrawal for what that means and for the one case where it would be different.
We talk to our customers in writing. Email is the only contact channel we offer; we do not take phone calls or hold meetings.
The free first ad
- The first ad is free, once per company. No contract, no card, no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
- Before we make it, we check that the request comes from the company it names. We may decline a request without giving a reason. We make a limited number of free ads each month; if we have reached that number, yours waits until the next month.
- You confirm the facts the ad may use in a short form. We write the script, produce the ad and check it; you do not have to approve it before it is delivered.
- You get the finished files through a Google Drive link and may run them wherever you like, for as long as you like.
- We keep a copy so we can rebuild or adjust the ad later.
With the free ad we send you a link to start a plan. Nothing else in this section changes if you do not use it.
What a plan includes
A plan is a monthly subscription. Each plan month includes:
- Crew — 4 video ads, 8 image posts, 2 carousels and 12 stories.
- Fleet — 12 video ads, 16 image posts, 4 carousels and 20 stories.
- Yard — 24 video ads, 24 image posts, 8 carousels and 30 stories.
Every video ad is vertical (9:16) and comes with a feed (4:5) and a square (1:1) version, a cover image, still images cut from the same video and a separate end card image. A video ad is usually 15 seconds long and never longer than 30; the script decides the length. Everything spoken in an ad is in English.
The quantities belong to one plan month and are what the plan promises. We do not promise a date or time for any single piece.
How a month works
- The form. After your first payment we email you a link to a short form. In it you confirm the facts the ads may use — your company name, service area, services, offers, license number and the like. Each answer is stored with your name and the date. We only put a claim about your company on screen if it rests on an answer you confirmed.
- The plan for the month. At the start of each plan month we draft what we will make that month. Matthias Deusch reviews and approves the draft, and then we email it to you.
- Your 48 hours. You have 48 hours from that email to ask for changes, by replying to it. A change request becomes a new draft, which we approve and send you again. If you do not reply within 48 hours, production starts on the plan as sent.
- Scripts and finished ads. We write the scripts, produce the ads and check every one against the answers you confirmed. Scripts and finished pieces are approved by us, not by you — you do not have to approve each ad.
- Delivery. Finished pieces reach you by email, with a link to a Google Drive folder that holds the files.
If a line in a delivered piece is wrong, tell us: we fix it or replace the piece, at no cost.
Your month, and ads beyond it
Your plan month runs from the day your plan starts to the same day of the next month, and then again from there. It is not the calendar month.
A plan month's quantities do not roll over. A piece you did not use in a month is gone at the end of it — we do not bank it, and we do not charge you for it either.
Need more? An extra video ad is $150. We send you a separate payment link for it, and it is paid before we make it. It is delivered in the same way as the ads of your plan.
Price, currency and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Crew is $500 a month, Fleet $1,200 and Yard $2,000. Your first month is 25% off: $375, $900 or $1,500. That discount applies once, to the first month of your company's first plan, and we tell you the amount before you pay.
You pay monthly, in advance, by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Payment is due when your plan month starts. Stripe sends your invoices by email; you can also download them in the customer portal.
We invoice from Germany. We do not add German VAT to invoices for business customers in the United States. Any sales or use tax your own state or city charges on this is yours to handle.
If a payment fails
From the moment a payment fails, we start no new pieces for you. Pieces we had already approved are still delivered.
Stripe tries the payment again over the next 14 days and lets you update your card. If the payment still has not gone through after those 14 days, your plan ends. You owe nothing for plan months that never started.
Changing and cancelling your plan
A plan renews on its own, month after month, until you stop it.
You can do both in the Stripe customer portal: the link “Manage your plan” on our website takes you there, and you sign in with your email address and a one-time code. In the portal you see your plan, change it, cancel it, update your card and download your invoices. Or write one line to hello@jobsitecreative.com — that is enough as well, and we confirm it in writing.
- Changing plan: a move to another plan takes effect with your next paid plan month, at that plan's price and quantities.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at the end of any plan month. There is no notice period beyond the month you are already in, and we do not ask why. The month you have paid for runs out in full.
Refunds
We do not refund part of a month that has already run.
One exception, and it is ours to carry: if you paid for pieces we did not deliver in that plan month, and the reason was on our side, you choose. We refund them at your plan's price per video ad, or we make them in the next month on top of its own quantities.
Who owns the ad
You do. The free ad is yours from delivery; on a plan, every piece we delivered in a month is yours once that month is paid. Run it on any platform, cut it, hand it to another agency, keep it after you cancel. There is no license window, and we will not license your ad to anybody else. Whatever rights we hold in it, we transfer to you.
Two honest caveats, both set out on AI and ownership: AI-generated material may carry no copyright of its own, and a generator can produce something similar for someone else. Please read that section — it is short.
We keep a copy so we can rebuild or adjust an ad later. We do not put your company in our own marketing without asking you first.
License numbers and the end card
Some states require a contractor's license number — and in a few cases the licensed business name — in every advertisement. Where your state and trade require it on the ad, the form asks for it as a required field, it goes on the end card, and the end card is attached to the end of every video, including the short cut-downs. We do not deliver a video without it in those states.
Everywhere else, the end card comes as a separate image that you can add yourself.
Which states and trades this applies to is our own reading of state law, not legal advice. If your licensing board requires more on your ads, tell us and we add it.
What you promise us
Every claim in your ad comes from you, so a few promises have to come from you too:
- You may offer the work being advertised, and any license, registration or certification your state requires is current.
- A license number you give us is yours and active.
- Offers, prices, guarantees and time promises are real, and you will honor them for as long as the ad runs.
- Logos and pictures you send us are yours to use.
- You take an ad down when what it says stops being true.
- Where a platform requires a declaration — an AI label, or a special ad category for housing, employment or credit — you make it, because the ad account is yours.
If a line turns out to be wrong, tell us: we fix it or replace the piece, at no cost. If a claim you gave us costs us a fine or a claim from someone else, that one is yours to carry.
AI, and what you have to switch on
The picture, the sound and the voice in your ads are generated with AI. We do not add a label of our own. The marking is the one our video provider puts in: a small visible watermark in every video, and, where the provider adds them, content credentials in the file. We keep both, and we ask you not to crop, cover or remove the watermark.
The advertising platforms want their own disclosure, and only you can give it, because the ad account is yours. What to switch on, and where, is listed on AI and ownership and in the email that delivers each ad.
What we never do
- We do not make up claims about your company. If you leave a question blank, that subject does not appear in the ad.
- We do not use testimonials, reviews or endorsements, whether real or generated, and we do not show a real person or imitate one.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own use.
- We do not use your details to train any model.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any particular result from running an ad. Nobody honestly can. What we promise is the pieces of your plan, built from what you confirmed.
If something goes wrong on our side, what you can claim from us is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it went wrong. That limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or anywhere else the law does not allow it.
After you cancel
Nothing you already have switches off. The ads you have stay yours and keep working wherever you put them. Download the files you want to keep: the shared Drive folders are ours, and we may close them after your plan ends.
We keep our copies and your confirmed answers for two years, because a confirmation has to be provable later. Then we delete them. If you want your files again inside those two years, ask and we send them.
Your data
What we collect, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and what rights you have is on Privacy. That page is the one that governs; we do not repeat it here, so that the two can never drift apart.
If we change these terms
Every version of this page carries a date and a fingerprint of its own text, and every version stays readable at its own address, listed at the end of this page. If we change something that affects a plan you are running, we write to you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel to the end of the month before it does. Staying quiet is not agreement to a change that costs you more or gives you less.
Law and venue
We are a German business, and our agreement runs under German law, without its conflict-of-laws rules and without the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Both sides here are businesses, not consumers. If something between us cannot be settled, the place for it is Traunstein, Germany.
This page is written to be read and understood rather than to look like a contract. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for your own counsel if your company needs one.
