These are the eight questions contractors and property businesses actually put to us. Answered the way we would answer them in an email.
Yes, and we would rather say it than have you find out. The picture, the sound and the voice are generated with AI — that is the only reason a dozen ads a month costs what it costs instead of five figures. The claims are a different story: every statement about your company comes from a form you filled in and confirmed. What is marked as AI, and what you switch on at TikTok and Meta, is on our AI page.
You do, including the free first one. Run it on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, a TV in your showroom, or hand it to another agency. There is no licence window. Every video carries the small AI watermark of the model that made it; leave it in, it is how the video says it was generated.
Tell us and it changes, at no cost and without a discussion. Before any ad reaches you, we read the script and watch the finished cut against the answers you confirmed, so a wrong line should not get that far in the first place.
No. You confirm the facts once, in a short form: your name, your number, your area, your offer. Each answer is stored with your name and the date. On a plan, we also send you the plan for the month and you have 48 hours to ask for changes. Scripts and finished ads are checked and approved by us. No record means the line is left out.
The same plan at the full price. There is no second discount. The first month was the discount, and we tell you that before you pay anything.
We do not promise a delivery time for a single ad. What a plan promises is the number of ads, posts and stories in each plan month, and a plan for the month that you see first. Your emails get a quick answer from a person.
Use “Manage your plan” at the foot of any page: sign in with your email address and a one-time code, then change or cancel your plan, update your card or download invoices. Or write one line to hello@jobsitecreative.com. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
From your own company website, and we keep the page and the date we found it. We contact businesses only, send at most three emails, and one click removes you for good — no reply needed.
